At month 15: baby 3 months old (Singaporean), emailed ICA about status — replied 'still under consideration,' submitted latest 3-month pay slips (salary $3,300). Approved at month 24: didn't email after month 15 — maybe that's why it took so long. Almost exactly 2 years.
