Jul 15, 2022: Been in Singapore 8 years, applied at PR 2 years. Local PhD. Nov 16, 2023 update: Chased ICA many times because needed to buy a flat — no result. May 5, 2024 update: Bought a flat, approved about 3 months after transaction completed. (Total: 22 months.)
